Fiorentina LLC is a wholesaler and distributor of fine European products, selling only to retailers and the trade. While we cannot sell directly to the public, we will be happy to guide you to the retailer nearest you.
Inconsistencies and slight blemishes are not defects but natural traits inherent in products that are handmade with natural materials.

All orders are shipped via UPS with terms of FOB Merrick, New York.
Shipping and handling charges will be applied and added to your invoice.
All goods remain the property of Fiorentina LLC until paid for in full.
Claims for any damaged product or short-shipment must be confirmed upon receipt of goods and reported to our Customer Service Department. Return of any damaged product must be pre-authorized. Refund will be issued by Fiorentina once goods are received and verified and in the original packaging.
Return of undamaged merchandise must be preauthorized and is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase and must be in original and sellable condition. All shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the sender.
Past due accounts subject to a 2% finance charge per month.
A $25.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks.
