Back Orders under $50.00 will be cancelled.
Inconsistencies and slight blemishes are not defects, but natural traits inherent in leather.

First time orders to be prepaid, either by credit card, or check in advance.
Credit terms of Net 30 may be established upon credit approval.
Claims for any damage or short shipment must be confirmed within 7 days after receipt of goods.
Past due accounts subject to a 2% finance charge per month.
Returns must be preauthorized and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
A $25.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks.

All goods remain the property of Fiorentina LLC until paid for in full.
